I’ve been thinking about new challenges – a lot, these days. But one thing I’ve never had the courage to try: directing. It’s something I’ve only done briefly, either little video projects for school – or – more recently, for acting class.

I’ve done Playwrights Center of SF‘s 24-Hour Play Festival two times as an actor. And this year I decided I’d like to challenge myself with something new.

So I went to Jennifer Lynne Roberts, and asked if I could direct in this years’ edition. I’m thrilled to be given the opportunity to do so.  The party gets started on Friday 3/14 and we’ll have a (likely) sold-out show the next evening.

There are many fantastic writers, directors and actors involved.  I can’t wait to work with this group.

Tickets are available through the Kickstarter campaign page.
